Meet Karen

Standing on a diverse background in education and development practice Karen has established an impressive national reputation as a change agent and extreme facilitator since entering private consultancy in 1996.

In that time Karen has been trusted by organisations large and small, corporate and industry focused from the public, private, Māori;, education and volunteer sectors - strategic management to business unit and production teams.

Karen has worked as a change agent on behalf of the New Zealand Government in Nepal and with 14 Pacific Community nations consulting in educational and development programs.

Where am i based?

Every morning i look east to the beatiful kahui maunga Ruapehu, Tongariro and Ngaruhoe from our ridgetop home in Waiongona, Taranaki. To the north, sea views and to the south maunga Taranaki keeping majestic watch.

Where do i work?

All around the country and occasionally off shore. From timber yard to board room, school staffroom to campus lecture theatre, service centre to processing plant, local to central government, my extremely diverse client portfolio takes me to many different settings in the New Zealand socialscape.

What am i passionate about?

Human development throughout life, healthy families and communities, spiritual development, good coffee (and even better red wine) and live kiwi music - any time, any where!
