Description of responsibilities: Working to the strategic growth plan developed by the co-owners, I work to the General Manager in developing and driving The People Plan. Developing leadership and effective teamwork at all levels of the business and between sites has been the first priority. Developing more effective interactions, communication and a culture of achievment see us coaching leaders, rolling out company wide training and working 1:1 with leaders.
